Reassuring Supervision

Providing Parenting Time for non-custodial parents with their children in a supportive, unbiased environment. Our staff works with parents to direct them on appropriate parent-child interaction in safe and secure family rooms. Parents have the opportunity to play with their children, eat a family dinner, assist them with homework and projects, etc. We work with parents to help them gain parenting skills and effectively communicate with their children.

What you can expect in our first meeting:

We set aside 2 hours for the intake interview to give enough time to hear your story, and child supervision will be provided. Typical topics of discussion may include but are not limited to:


  • Life experience, e.g., history of domestic violence or other trauma
  • How this service affects or may affect family life
  • Fear about ex-partner
  • Concerns about the safety of his/her child
  • Substance abuse
  • The court system and legal processes
  • Financial situation
  • Physical and/or mental health challenges such as hearing or visual impairment, learning disabilities, brain injury, mental illness
  • Transportation challenges
  • Literacy skills
  • Family native language
  • Cultural or ethnic background; religious or spiritual background
  • Gender or sexual orientaton
